- Mix cottage cheese with pea protein, eggs, spelled flour, salt, pepper, basil, oregano and garlic
- Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and brush it with olive oil
- Place the prepared mixture on the prepared baking tray. Make 4 round cakes from the mixture
- Place the prepared pizza dough in the oven. Bake at 190 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes
- When the base is baking, cut the vegetables
- Cut the onion, peppers, tomatoes, and mushrooms into small pieces
- When the base is ready, remove it from the oven and put the tomato passata, cheddar cheese, mushrooms, and mozzarella on top
- Place the prepared pizzerias back in the oven and bake at 190 degrees Celsius for about 7 minutes
- Then take out the finished pizzas and place tomatoes and peppers on top
