Recipe

  1. Mix cottage cheese with pea protein, eggs, spelled flour, salt, pepper, basil, oregano and garlic
  2. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and brush it with olive oil
  3. Place the prepared mixture on the prepared baking tray. Make 4 round cakes from the mixture
  4. Place the prepared pizza dough in the oven. Bake at 190 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes
  5. When the base is baking, cut the vegetables
  6. Cut the onion, peppers, tomatoes, and mushrooms into small pieces
  7. When the base is ready, remove it from the oven and put the tomato passata, cheddar cheese, mushrooms, and mozzarella on top
  8. Place the prepared pizzerias back in the oven and bake at 190 degrees Celsius for about 7 minutes
  9. Then take out the finished pizzas and place tomatoes and peppers on top

  1. If you like baked tomatoes and peppers, you can bake them with other ingredients
