About me

Hi, Hey, Hello & Bon Appétit! 🙂

My name is Paulina (nickname: Susannnnnna). At the age of 15, I became interested in diet. My goal was to gain weight (I was underweight by around 2-5 kg). At the age of 20, I managed to achieve a healthy weight. Over the next 5 years, I returned to counting calories and following a diet from time to time. When I wasn’t on a diet, I ate… not the best. Although I admit that even when I followed the diet, it was not very diverse. I finally reached a point in my life where I felt that I just wanted to eat and live healthily and start changing my daily habits. I also often had energy drops during the day. The breakthrough for me was changing my diet and implementing a few healthy habits. The main things that influenced the quality of my life were:

  • eliminating (mostly) highly processed products
  • removing “bad” sugar from the diet
  • eliminating energy drinks
  • including fruits and vegetables in daily diet
  • limiting animal products (switching mainly to fish or vegetarian products)
  • drinking more water
  • finding alternatives to sweets and sweet drinks
  • learning what to pay attention to when buying products in the store
  • sleeping from 7 to 9 hours every day
  • eliminating negative environment
  • cold showers in the morning
  • focusing on doing what I really like
  • sport – although sport has been with me for a long time, so I can’t say it was a new habit 🙂

After all these years, I decided that I wanted to create a place where I could share my experiences. I decided to create this blog in a more creative and colorful form to avoid associating it with boredom. I wanted to present a healthy lifestyle in the most interesting way possible. On this blog, I would like to help you change your lifestyle for the better by sharing recipes that have worked for me and thoughts on various topics.

In addition to working on improving the quality of my life, I am a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology (I graduated in mechanics and machine construction and computer science). I am also interested in sports, new technologies, coding, life science and art 🙂
