Recipe

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan. While the oil is heating up, prepare the pancake mixture
  2. Place flour, egg, skyr, and banana in a blender
  3. Blend all ingredients until smooth
  4. Pour the prepared mixture onto the heated frying pan to obtain small round pancakes. Fry on each side for about 2-3 minutes
  5. Place the prepared pancakes on a plate
  6. Sprinkle each pancake with cinnamon
  7. Add strawberries and blueberries to the pancakes
  8. Finally, pour maple syrup over the pancakes

Tips

  1. Place the eggs and skyr in the blender first, then add the flour to prevent it from sticking to the bottom
