- Cut the bread in half and toast it in a hot pan until you get a toasted effect.
- Pour water into a smaller pan and heat it for a while until it begins to boil
- Add eggs to a pan with boiling water and fry until the whites are set
- When the bread and eggs are frying, cut the cucumber and radish into smaller round pieces
- Then chop the tomato
- Spread mayonnaise on the prepared toast and add spinach, cucumber, and radish
- Place fried eggs on the top of the sandwich
- Sprinkle everything with salt, pepper, turmeric and Provençal herbs
- Add chopped tomatoes next to the sandwich. You can additionally sprinkle the tomato with salt for taste
