Garlic sauce

Make the garlic sauce at the very beginning so that it can soak in the garlic, if possible you can make the sauce the day before and leave it in the fridge overnight

  1. Cut garlic into small pieces (or squeeze through a press)
  2. Mix garlic with natural yogurt, mayonnaise, marjoram and ground hemp seeds

Stuffing

  1. Cut the chicken into small pieces and season with salt, pepper, sweet paprika, a little cinnamon, and chili. In the meantime, heat the olive oil in a pan
  2. Place the seasoned chicken in the heated olive oil and fry until golden brown. If there is too much water in the meat or you add too much olive oil when frying, pour off the excess from the pan and fry the meat until it is drier. The meat mustn’t be too wet when serving the tacos (so that the bottom of the tacos does not get wet).
  3. While the chicken is cooking cut the pepper and onion into small pieces
  4. Drain the corn and red beans
  5. Place everything together in a large bowl and mix (you can add chives to vegetables or sprinkle tacos with chives at the very end)
  6. Grate the cheddar and set aside in a separate container

Tacos

  1. Place the chicken in the bottom of the taco shells
  2. Then put the chopped and mixed vegetables on the chicken
  3. Place cheddar cheese on top of the vegetables
  4. Put the prepared tacos in the oven preheated to 220 degrees Celsius
  5. Bake the tacos for 20-25 minutes
  6. After removing the tacos from the oven, add the garlic sauce on the top

Tips

  1. You can prepare larger portions and “assemble” tacos every day from ready-home-made products! 🙂
  2. You can replace the chicken with turkey breast or beef (I recommend ground beef)
