How to survive days when you don’t have time to prepare meals or we lack ideas what to do? Certainly, each of us has experienced those moments when time slips through our fingers and we have no time to prepare a healthy meal. In such situations, it is easy to fall into the trap of bad nutritional decisions, reaching for unhealthy snacks and drinks. I’ve been down this path many times myself (and I’m still learning!). Hungry, without a ready meal at hand, I often ended up in the store, reaching for a bar full of sugar and adding a soda. Momentary relief, but then remorse.
However, I decided to change this pattern. Instead of reaching for unhealthy snacks, I started looking for healthier alternatives that I can have at hand even on the busiest day. Below I share my favorite suggestions:
